Named after the latitudes within which most of the worlds vineyards are located, the Wine Workshop and Kitchen concept takes the traditional wine bar experience to a whole new level. Each of our inidually d eslishments features a modern European menu that is complemented by one of the most unique and erse wine lists in London. They are all, however, different in , atmosphere and menu, so a visit to all three is highly recommended.

On behalf of my team and myself, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Texture. My cooking is modern European with Scandinavian influences. I am a great believer in cooking light and healthy food that does not make you feel uncomforly full, so I restrict the use of cream and butter, and I only use minimal quantities of sugar. I always try to source the best possible ingredients, and, since I am Icelandic, I try to use the finest Icelandic products such as lamb, cod, langoustines and skyr. Not only are these of the most incredible quality, but they are also sourced using ecofriendly, sustainable techniques.
